POLICIES

All earrings , discounted, promotional or items on sale cannot be refunded due to hygienic purposes as they are all final sale.

Client is liable to pay courier fee in the case of an exchange , the event of a missed delivery or collection.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

- Orders are shipped off between 2-4 days after payment has reflected.

- Delivery is heavily dependent on when the order was placed and collected by chosen courier ( please allow 4-7 days for your order to arrive).

- For custom made items , delivery takes longer as indicated under the product description excluding arrival to your chosen address.

- Courier is chosen at your own peril and if delivery is missed or not collected, it is not our responsibility as long as communication has been relayed to client.

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

( 7-14 days period for both exchanges and refunds)

- If item is the wrong size or the wrong item , an exchange can be made within the time frame given. Check sizing on homepage for proper measuring and sizing.

-Item must be returned in the same manner it was found with the original packaging.

-Refunds are issued if / when the item arrives broken, stolen as a result of courier sending to not the given address ( not issued if client provided the wrong address), missing a zirconia stone, discoloured or tarnished.

Disclaimer : All items undergo quality control testing to ensure the above are avoided.

-Refunds are processed provided there is photo evidence along with proof of payment emailed @madameenquries.co.za

- No refunds for items that are custom made as they are made per order.
